Outstanding Accounts:
Outstanding accounts are sent out monthly. If your account is in arrears after a month, a demand letter will be sent out in accordance with the School’s Financial Policy. Outstanding accounts will be handed over to our attorneys without further written notice at the beginning of the new school term if parents do not have satisfactory written arrangements regarding the payment of school fees with the Debtor’s Clerk.
Parents will be held accountable for a full year’s (12 months’) hostel fees, even if the boarder leaves the hostel during the year. If your account is in arrears at the beginning of a new school term without there being a satisfactory written arrangement with the debtors’ clerk for the payment thereof, your account will be handed over to our attorneys and your son will not be re-admitted to the hostel the following term. This arrangement is in line with our financial policy.
